At Laundry Services of Idaho, we make laundry easy with clean, modern facilities, coinless payments, and large-capacity washers. We also help property owners create profitable laundry solutions. Let us lighten your load!
Our Story
We—Mike and Wendy Jaglowski, the Jag Family—made the leap and bought the Jag's Laundromat (Pocatello) location in 2008. It wasn’t quite a zombie-mat, but it needed love and attention. Over time, we transformed the laundromat by sticking to the simple formula: clean, safe, and well-maintained. Laundry Services of Idaho (LSI) was born. For the next 17+ years, LSI has grown to four locations to support more of our community.
As a family-run company, we understand the importance of a quick, reliable, easy laundry day. That’s why we offer new equipment, extended hours, and large-capacity machines to fit your needs. We hate out-of-order machines! We love a clean place to wash and fold, and want you to enjoy that too.
Expanding our efforts to serve a larger community, we made another business: Laundry Success Partners, LLC. We partner with property owners and apartment managers by upgrading laundry rooms in apartment complexes to provide the same easy experience for tenants.

Your Team
Mike, Owner
Mike is a people-oriented professional with a goal to help inspire people, and a mission to help others have a way to get clean laundry. He is an engineer by trade, and an entrepreneur by heart seeking to provide value to those in need.
Mike’s laundry tip is not overloading the washer, so the detergent and water can flow through the clothes for a deep and thorough clean. An over-stuffed washer doesn't get a deep clean as everyone is lead to believe.
Wendy, Owner
Wendy knows clean clothes! Her laundry tip is to never use Oxi-clean and Chlorine bleach at the same time. They work in opposite ways, so their cleaning action actually cancel each other out and do nothing. Use one, or the other.
If you see her, ask her about the secrets of being a dry cleaner. Even though she doesn't do that professionally anymore, she loves getting all her laundry done at once- not stringing it out over a week. After a vacation or camping trip, washing all the dirty clothes and sleeping bags in 2-3 big machines is a huge time saver!
Brandt, Manager
Brandt has been working on the maintenance side for Laundry Services of Idaho for over 10 years and has been a key employee since. He enjoys working on all of the washers and dryers, and keeps them in excellent working order!
His laundry tip is to make sure to empty your pockets before doing your laundry, including chap stick, gum, keys, wallets or he may have to fish the items out of the drain.
Nick, Manager
Nick began working for Laundry Services of Idaho when he was 14 as a cleaner. After serving a religious mission, he began working as a manager and mostly handles the marketing aspect of the business. He is currently going to school at Idaho State University.
His laundry tip is to separate the different kinds of fabrics and using the delicate wash for the delicate fabrics so you don't ruin your nicer clothes.
